What you can do today

   Pick a trigger

   Choose any Zapier trigger, for example a new form submission or spreadsheet row.

   Add a Webhooks by Zapier action

   POST to https://govconnect.ke/v1/emails/ with an Authorization: Bearer tfm_k_live_... header and a JSON body.

   Map the fields

   Map trigger fields into to, subject and html, then turn the Zap on.
